Roasted Butternut…
Ingredients
  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place the cubed butternut squash on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with ground cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
