Roasted Brussels …
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Place Brussels sprouts onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  4. Place into oven and roast until tender, about 20-25 minutes; stir halfway through.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
