- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place Brussels sprouts onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
- Place into oven and roast until tender, about 20-25 minutes; stir halfway through.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
