- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves.
- Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Cut the bacon slices in half.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and top with the bacon pieces.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Serve hot.
