Roasted Brussels …
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves.
  3. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the bacon slices in half.
  5. Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and top with the bacon pieces.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
  7. Serve hot.
