Ingredients
  • 2 pounds brussel sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut off the ends of the brussel sprouts and remove any yellow outer leaves.
  3. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread them on a sheet pan and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
  5. Serve with garlic aioli.
