- 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread broccoli onto the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes or until tender and golden.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Drizzle garlic lemon butter over roasted broccoli before serving.
