- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Serve roasted broccoli with garlic butter sauce.
