Ingredients
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Serve roasted broccoli with garlic butter sauce.
  7. Enjoy!
