Roasted Asparagus…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, toss the asparagus with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the asparagus onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  5. Roast for 10-12 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and roast for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
