- 1 lb asparagus
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut off woody ends of the asparagus and discard.
- Place asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle over roasted asparagus before serving.
