Roasted Asparagus…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut off woody ends of the asparagus and discard.
  3. Place asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  6. Drizzle over roasted asparagus before serving.
