- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Trim the ends off of the asparagus and spread them out on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve warm.
