Roasted Asparagus…
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Trim the ends off of the asparagus and spread them out on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve warm.
