Roasted Asparagus…
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus spears
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place asparagus spears on a large baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Roast for 20 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Serve immediately.
