- 2 bunches of asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Spread evenly on baking sheet.
- Roast for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
