Roasted Asparagus…
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until tender.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
