Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Wash and trim the asparagus.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
