Roasted Asparagus…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss asparagus and tomatoes with olive oil in a large bowl.
  3. Spread vegetables onto a baking sheet.
