Roast Chicken
Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Rub chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in a roasting pan.
  4. Roast for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
