- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine oats, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, chia seeds and maple syrup or honey.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Stir in the raspberries.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, remove from refrigerator and stir. Serve cold or warm.
