Raspberry Overnig…
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Steps
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine oats, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, chia seeds and maple syrup or honey.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Stir in the raspberries.
  4. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  5. In the morning, remove from refrigerator and stir. Serve cold or warm.
  6. Enjoy!
