- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- In a medium saucepan, combine the raspberries, sugar and water.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Transfer to a jar or container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
