Ramen Noodle Stir…
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup frozen green peas
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 ounces uncooked ramen noodles (discard flavor packet)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, carrots, peas and mushrooms and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add noodles and soy sauce and cook until noodles are heated through and vegetables are cooked to desired doneness.
  2. Serve hot.
