Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, cumin, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
