- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
