Quinoa
Ingredients
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water

Steps
  1. Rinse quinoa in a fine-mesh strainer.
  2. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  3. Add quinoa and reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Fluff with a fork before serving.
