Ingredients
  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 1 can lentils, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Steps
  1. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the lentils with the cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder.
  3. Add the cooked quinoa to the skillet and mix together.
  4. Heat until everything is warm.
  5. Serve in tacos with desired toppings
