Quinoa Falafel Pa…
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, chickpeas, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric and salt.
  2. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
