Ingredients
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, chickpeas, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric and salt.
Mix until everything is evenly combined.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
