Quinoa Burgers
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup mashed black beans
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, black beans, onion, bell pepper, oats, flaxseed, cilantro and garlic powder.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
