Quinoa Bowls
Ingredients
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the quinoa and vegetable broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
  4. Fluff with a fork and season with salt.
  5. Serve warm.
