- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a medium saucepan, bring the quinoa and vegetable broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and season with salt.
- Serve warm.
