Quick Pickled Cuc…
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the cucumbers and dill and stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
