- 1/2 lb Mexican Chorizo
- 1/2 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb Muenster cheese, grated
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- In an oven-safe dish, layer the chorizo, Monterey Jack cheese and Muenster cheese.
- Sprinkle the jalapeno pepper over the top of the cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
