Pumpkin Spice Cake
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the oil, sugar and eggs.
  4. Stir the pumpkin puree into the egg mixture.
  5. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just blended.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in preheated oven. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool before serving.
