- 1 store-bought pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- 2 cups arugula leaves
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan with olive oil.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Top with prosciutto slices and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and top with arugula leaves. Cut into slices and serve.
