Prosciutto Arugul…
Ingredients
  • 1 store-bought pizza dough
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 2 cups arugula leaves

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan with olive oil.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Brush the dough with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with prosciutto slices and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and top with arugula leaves. Cut into slices and serve.
