Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup pretzels, crushed
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine crushed pretzels, flour, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
  3. In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip chicken strips into the egg mixture then coat in the pretzel mixture.
  5. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Enjoy!
