- 1/2 cup pretzels, crushed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine crushed pretzels, flour, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
- In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip chicken strips into the egg mixture then coat in the pretzel mixture.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
