Potato Wedges
Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread potato wedges onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the wedges over and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve warm.
