- 2 russet potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Grate potatoes and onion into a large bowl.

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
