Potato Chips
Ingredients
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/8-inch thick slices
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with the oil and salt.
  3. Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Allow chips to cool before serving.
