Ingredients
  • 4 Portobello mushroom caps
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Place mushroom caps on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each cap with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle each cap with mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
