Portobello Burgers
Ingredients
  • 2 large portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Toppings of your choice

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and scrape out the gills from the underside of the caps.
  3. Brush both sides of the mushrooms with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place mushrooms on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and assemble burgers on buns. Top with desired toppings.
  6. Enjoy!
