Pork Head Soup
Ingredients
  • 1 pork head
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Cut the pork head into small pieces.
  2. Put the pieces in a large stockpot and cover with chicken broth.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Add the onion, celery, carrots, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for an additional 30 minutes or until pork is tender.
  6. Serve hot.
