- 1 pork head
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut the pork head into small pieces.
- Put the pieces in a large stockpot and cover with chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
- Add the onion, celery, carrots, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 30 minutes or until pork is tender.
- Serve hot.
