In a bowl, combine the pork, cabbage, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and sugar.
Mix together until evenly combined.
Lay out one wonton wrapper on a flat surface. Place 1 teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center of the wrapper. Wet your finger with water and run it along the edges of the wrapper to moisten.
Fold the wrapper in half and press firmly along the edges to seal.
Bring two opposite corners together and press firmly to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully add dumplings to boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they float to the surface.
Remove dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve warm.
