Popcorn Balls
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 quarts popped popcorn

Steps
  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in corn syrup, brown sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil for 1 minute without stirring.
  2. Pour over popcorn and stir until evenly coated. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
  3. Shape into 3-inch balls and let cool completely on waxed paper before serving.
