Pita Chips
Ingredients
  • 2 pita breads
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each pita bread into 8 wedges and place them on the baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and oregano.
  4. Brush the mixture onto each wedge of pita bread. Sprinkle with extra seasoning if desired.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Enjoy!
