- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
- Add the olive oil and warm water to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it is soft and elastic.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll out on a lightly floured surface.
- Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
