- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, stir together sugar, flour and salt.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Line a 9-inch pie plate with the crust and spoon the berry mixture into it.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
