- 1/2 cup of white vinegar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, sugar and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and stir until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
- Remove from the heat and add the garlic.
- Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Pack vegetables into jars or containers and pour cooled pickling liquid over top.
- Seal jars or containers and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
