Pickled Vegetables
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, sugar and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and stir until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
  3. Remove from the heat and add the garlic.
  4. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Pack vegetables into jars or containers and pour cooled pickling liquid over top.
  6. Seal jars or containers and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
