Pickled Red Onions
Ingredients
  • 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar and salt. Stir until the sugar and salt dissolve.
  2. Add the sliced onions to the mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
