- 4 cups radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- In a large bowl, combine the radishes, vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Mix until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
- Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate for at least two hours.
